吹瓶机操作 operatingblowing machine

一、.开机前注意事项:cautionsbefore start machine

1、机器在开始加温时,首先打开机筒冷却水,加温时间是当各段温达到设定工艺温度后,保温30分钟才能挤料,在加温期间不能提高设定温度来加快加温时间,因为这样做表面温度是达到了而塑料的内部温度实际还没有达到工艺温度的(塑料没有完全融化),这个时候挤料会使电机和齿轮箱的负荷,导致电机和齿转箱容易损坏;还会导致模头各锁紧部位漏料;记录每次加温的时间和各段的温升情况,发现温度不对及时向班长或机修人员报修,并登记报修记录;检查压缩空气的气压能不能达到0.6Mpa气压≥0.8Mpa。检查如部件的螺丝和螺母是否松动,如果有松动的要打紧,必要时可以报机修人员检查和固定,检查气动三联件,油雾器油量如果少了要及时补充。First turn on the cooling water of thebarrel before the machine heats. When all temperature reaches the setting, needhold time for 30 minutes before extrusion. It is forbidden that turn up settingtemperature to accelerate heating time. Because the surface temperature isenough but the inner temperature of plastic doesn’t reach technique time (theplastic no fusing completely), extrusion will increase motor and gear wheel boxload and damage motor and gear wheel box. At the same time cause die head leakage.Record heating time and temperature rise condition of all stages. When find thetemperature is abnormal, submit to superior in time and record. Check if thecompressed air pressure is between 0.6Mpa and 0.8Mpa. Check if the screw and nut loosen, if loosen,tighten, submit to superior if necessary. Check pneumatic three series device,Check if the oil in oil mist device is enough, if it is lack, replenish intime.

2、开机的条件,如果要左架上架条件是:左插笔回笔止接近开关亮、左开模止接近开关亮和右架下止接近开关亮;如果右架上架条件是:右插笔回笔止接近开关亮、右开模接近开关亮和左架下止接近开关亮;

Starting requirement: left carrier up requirement:left pin up and sensor light, left mold open and sensor light and right carrierdown and sensor light. Right carrier up requirement: right pin up and sensorlight, right mold open and sensor light and left carrier down and sensor light.

走全自动时下架条件是合模止开关要亮和上面所需的条件才能动作,还要保证插笔对正和垂直;旋刀架必需调水平,这样才能把瓶口切平,还有旋刀要在同一条线上,还要在旋刀杆上安装上平垫和弹垫,这样就可以不用锁太紧,也可以方便和轻松的调节刀的角度,还要保证脱瓶套的完整,不能用手去拉瓶子。

When autorun, carrier down requirement:mold close, sensor light and above-mentioned requirement. At the same timeassure pin right and vertical. The cutter carrier must be horizontal and thecutter must be parallel so that the bottle opening is level. If install flatwasher and spring washer, so that it is convenient and leisure to adjust cutterangle and needn’t lock too tight,Make sure the bottle off loop complete. Don’tuse hands to pull bottle.

机器所有的停止开关不能强制使它们点亮这样会导致机器事故,如撞模或撞插笔等 forcing opening all the end sensors of themachine cause machine accident such as mold bump or pin bump.

3、机器在生产中,我们必需做到料管尽可能是直的,还要模具合模时要夹在料管的中间,这样才能保证瓶子的壁厚均匀,料管长短适当的调节平衡螺丝和节流螺丝,生产中不能关闭加温或降低设定温度,经常查看压缩空气的压力、动作的最大压力(合模高压)、机器循环时间、吹机时间,并做好记录,保证每班有一次记录;看各段的温度、和各瓶号的重量,并做好记录,保证每班有三到四次记录;如有异常必需向班长或机修人员报修,并登记报修记录。 During machine operating we shouldmake sure Parison vertical as possible. Whenclose mold, the mold should clamp the middle of sprue to make sure productthickness even. About length of Parison,adjust throttle screw and adjusting balance screw. During production don’t stopheating temperature or turn down temperature setting. Often check the pressureof compressed air, the biggest pressure of operating (mold closing highpressure), machine circulating time, blowing time and make record. Checktemperature of each stage and bottle weigh and make record. When there isabnormal, submit to superior in time and record.

 

机器出现保障:如机器动作不正常或动作不协调,只能调节屏幕参数不能调节电箱里的比例放大板,调节屏幕参数还不能解决,必需向班长或机修人员报修,自己不能自行维修只能协助机修人员,并做好记录。Malfunction: when machine works abnormallyor discordantly, just adjust screen parameters, can’t adjust amplier board.

 

4、如何判断瓶子的好坏,首先是表面光滑无条纹和黑点,合模线均匀并且细小没有拉抻现象;瓶子重量要达到工艺要求和壁厚均匀,切瓶口平整;how to judge the bottle quality, firstlythe surface is smooth and has no dark pot. Secondly the mould closing line is even.Thirdly the bottle weigh reaches technique requirement, thickness even, bottleopening vague.

 

5、生产过程中出现的问题及解决方法malfunction and solution during produce

5.1温升现象temperaturerise

机筒的温升现象是由于机筒内壁与塑料熔体之间剪切产生热量,又或者是机筒内部由于局部堵塞产生比较大的压降,以至塑料熔体在机筒内部停留时间过长而造成的。若调试过程中出现上述的情况,可先增加机头的加热温度,以降低机头压力;另一方面,检查机筒的冷却装置是否工作正常,必要时要拆出螺杆,看是否有导致内部堵塞的硬物跌入。若温升现象总不能解决,请与本公司联系。

5.2、压力波动 pressurefluctuation.

压力波动是挤出过程中很常见的现象,允许范围内的波动,对产量和产品质量并不能带来很大的影响。当压力波动比较大的时候,可采取以下措施来应对:适当降低口模或计量段的温度,以增加塑料熔体的粘度,减少压力波动。Pressure fluctuation happensfrequently during extrusion. The fluctuation in permissible range will notinfluence the production rate or product quality. If the pressure fluctuationis serious, the following measures can be taken: decrease the temperature atthe die or measuring section to increase the viscosity of the melt plastic andreduce the pressure fluctuation.

5.3、挤出量不足Insufficient extrusion output

若调试过程中出现挤出量低的问题,可采取以下办法来改善:solution:

适当加大螺杆转速;适当增加模头温度;做好机筒的冷却工作,特

别是要严格控制机筒进料段和计量段的温升Incase of insufficient extrusion output during debugging, improve it as follows:increase screw speed; increase die head temperature; cool the barrel properly,especially control the temperature rise at the feed section and measuringsection of the barrel.

5.4、塑化不良现象Incomplete fusion

检查发热圈是否损坏,应适当提高压缩段和均化段的温度,或

降低电机转速。

Checkthe heating ring for damage. Increase the temperature at the compressionsection and the homogenizing section, or reduce the motor speed.

5.5型坯卷向内芯.Parison curling to the inner core.

a由于口模凸出芯模,应将芯模调至平齐或稍微凸出口模。Die mouth bulge

若重量不合要求,则需重新加工口模、芯模;.

B、保温时间不够,芯模温度低于口模温度,需延长保温时间。

a. The die protrudes from the core die. The core die should beadjusted so that it is flush with or slightly protruding from the die. If theweight does not meet the requirement, reprocess the die and the core die.

b. The holding time is not enough, the core die temperature is lowerthan the die temperature. The holding time should be extended

5.6、型坯比模具长. Parison longer than die

a、降低螺杆转速,调节抽芯杆,增加型坯厚度,同时检查加.

热元件是否损坏;

b、降低机筒加热温度及模头温度。

a.Reduce the screw speed, adjust the core knockout rod, increase parisonthickness, and check the heating elements for damage;

b. Reduce the barrel heating temperature and thedie head temperature.

 

5.7、型坯比模具短. Parison shorter than die.

a、提高螺杆转速,调节抽芯杆,减小型坯厚度,同时检查加热元件是否损坏;

b、提高机筒加热温度及模头温度。

a. Adjust the parameter settings of the machineto increase accumulated material;

b. Adjust the core knockout rod to reduce theparison thickness, and check the heating elements for damage;

c. Increase the barrel heating temperature andthe die head temperature.

 

5.8、型坯直径过大Large parison diameter

a、如果型坯直径偏大可适当提高模嘴温度;.

b、如果型坯直径过大可减少口模直径及芯模直径。

a. If the parison diameter is too large,increase the die temperature;

b. If the parison diameter is too large, reducethe diameters of the die and the core die.

 

5.9、型坯向口模外卷Parison curling outside the die.

将抽芯杆向上调,使芯模与口模相平或减少凸出量。如重量不合要求,则需重新加工口模、芯模.

Adjustthe core knockout rod up so that the core die is flush with or less protrudingfrom the die. If the weight does not meet the requirement, reprocess the dieand the core die.

 

5.10、型坯直径过小. Small parison diameter

a、在不影响塑化的情况下降低模嘴温度;.

b、增加口模直径及芯模直径。

. a. Reduce die temperaturewithout affecting plasticizing;

b. Increase the diameters of the die and thecore die.

 

5.11、型坯过厚Thick parison

a、提高加热温度,调节抽芯杆,减少型坯壁厚;

b、降低螺杆转速,增加芯模直径或减少口模直径

a. Increase heating temperature and adjust thecore knockout rod to reduce the parison thickness;

b. Decrease the screw speed, increase the coredie diameter or reduce the die diameter;

 

5.12、型坯过薄Thin parison.

a、降低口模温度,调节抽芯杆,增加型坯壁厚;.

b、提高螺杆转速,降低加热温度,增加口模直径或减少芯模直径。

a. Decrease heating temperature and adjust thecore knockout rod to increase the parison thickness;

b. Increase the screw speed, increase the diediameter or reduce the core die diameter;

c. Adjust the parison thickness curve.

 

5.13、在长度方向上,型坯厚度有变化Variation of parison thicknessin the length direction

a、检查发热元件,调整模杯,模芯内外温度保持一致;

b、提高螺杆转速,降低模嘴温度,调节制品壁厚曲线。

a. Check heating elements, adjust the mold cup, keep the consistencyof temperatures inside and outside the core;

b. Increase the screw speed, decrease the dietemperature, adjust the product thickness curve.

 

5.14、型坯表面粗糙有条纹Parison surface irregularity andstripiness.

a、提高口模温度;.

b进入曲线画面,按“清砂”按钮进行清砂;

c、清洗或抛光口模。

a. Increase die temperature;

b. Enter the curve screen, press Sand Removalbutton for sand removal;

c. Clean or polish the die.

 

5.15、挤出断续Intermittent extrusion

a、提高螺杆转速,提高加工温度,提高口模温度,检查发热

元件;

b、提高法兰温度,降低螺杆转速,提高模头温度,改用其他

塑料;

c、加大机筒进料口偏心度;

d、使用的色粉(或助剂)打滑。

a. Increase screw speed, process temperatureand die temperature, check heating elements;

b. Increase flange temperature and dietemperature, reduce screw speed, use other plastic materials;

c. Increase the eccentricity of the barrel feedport;

d. Use toner (or additive).

 

5.16、暗斑Dark spot

a、降低模头温度,改用其他类型塑料;

b、加快动作速度,增加吹气速度,提高吹气压力;

c、提高螺杆转速,提高法兰温度。

a. Decrease die temperature, use other plasticmaterials;

b. Increase operation speed, blowing speed andblowing pressure;

c. Increase screw speed and flangetemperature.

5.16、焦烧Scorching

a、降低加工温度,检查加热功能,检查发热元件,冷却螺杆

头;

b、清洗机头。

a. Decrease process temperature, check theheating function and heating elements, cool the screw head;

b.Cleanthe die.

5.17、制品图案模糊Product pattern fuzziness

a、提高吹气压力;

b、增加吹气时间;

c、改善模具排气性能;

d、提高模具温度。

a. Increase blowing pressure;

b. Increase blowing time;

c. Improve exhaust performance of the die;

d. Increase die temperature

5.18、型坯褶皱Parison creasing

a、调节口模、芯模同轴;

b、降低型坯温度。

a. Align the die and the core die;

b. Reduce parison temperature.

6、停机machinestop

停机前先停挤出机等最后的瓶子做完了,再停止动作,关闭电源,关闭模具冷却水和压缩空气,十分钟后关闭机筒冷却水,打扫清洁。Before stop the machine shut down extruder.After finish the last bottle, stop motive, shut down power supply and then turnoff the cooling water and compressed air of the mould, at last turn off thecooling water of the barrel in 10 minutes and do the cleaning.

7 安全操作safety operation

1.机器设置了安全门保护功能,正常工作下安全门必须关闭;when the machine works normally, must close the safetydoor.

2.有人员进入机器内部内部进行维修等操作时,请关闭油泵;when somebody enters into inner of machine to maintain,close the oil pump.

3.进行接线或更换电气元件时请务必把电源关闭;before connect or change electric element, turn offpower supply.

4.油压系统压力不能调节过高,最高应在10-14Mpa范围内;the hydraulic pressure must be less than10-14Mpa

5.高压锁模时间设定应不超过10(1s);highpressure of mold clamping time should be less than 10(1s)

 

6.不能将接近开关强制设置成常通工作状态,否则会出现事故; cant force setting sensor

7.插笔没有对好模具口前,请不要运行自动状态; don’t operate autorun before pin fit into mouldmouth.

8.加热温度及时间(一般不低于60分钟)应符合制品工艺要求开机,保温时间必须足够;可视不同原料、模头大小适当延长升温时间。Heating time (no less than 60 minutes) mustbe accordance with technique requirement. Holding time must be enough. Prolongturning up temperature time according to different material and model size.
